Refund Policy

Full tuition refunds will be issued if the request is submitted by email or written letter and sent to the General Manager by the close of business hours Friday of the first week of the course upon the return of all related material, withholding $150 for services which are not refundable.

Healthcare Programs

Medical Assistant

No refund will be given for this program if a notice of withdrawal is not received prior to the start of the second week of class. All refunds will exclude $300 for course material that was purchased for the class.

Phlebotomy Technician

No refund will be given for this program if a notice of withdrawal is not received prior to the start of the second week of class. All refunds will exclude $150 for course material that was purchased for the class.

CPR

Full refund:

You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the class start date. You may also choose to transfer these funds to a future class time.

There is no refund for a “no-show” or a cancellation less than 48 hours.

For cancellation, please email info@idahoacademy.com or call us at (208) 996-9248 within 48 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class to receive a full refund or to reschedule.

If less than 48 hours within class start time and you are ill with a respiratory infection or other contagious illness, then please call (208) 996-9248 to cancel and re-schedule. We will not allow entrance to class if you are actively coughing or show other signs of respiratory infection/illness.

Please arrive to class on time.

There will be no admittance if you are 15 minutes or more late. If you are 15 minutes or more late, then you may reschedule for a future class at no additional charge. You will not be refunded.

Class end time.

You may not be able to successfully complete the class if you leave prior to class end time.

Class Cancellation:

We may occasionally cancel a class 1 week prior to start time if there are less than 4 students registered. If that is the case, then we will notify each student and provide a full refund or reschedule.
