Idaho Medical Academy’s In-Person EMT course is designed for those who learn best in the traditional classroom setting, this course offers classroom lectures, lab days, clinical field experiences and study groups opportunities. Our In-Person program is most popular for students wanting dedicated learning time with their instructors and the opportunity for one on one skills training throughout the course.

Complete Your Course

At the end of your course, students have the option to do an ambulance ride-along and get nationally certified by taking your NREMT test.

Students are taken through many fun learning opportunities within our classrooms. From scenario-based team skills training to one-on-one instructional assistance and advice. Our EMT material is divided into didactic and psychomotor training where instructors get to guide students through the information before practicing real-life application of their knowledge.
