EMT Course (In-Person)

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Course & Certification Program

Idaho Medical Academy’s EMT course is designed for those who learn best in the traditional classroom setting. You will attend class twice a week (1 lecture day, 1 skills day). Each skills day will count towards completing your psychomotor portion of the NREMT exam. This course offers classroom lectures, lab days, clinical field experiences and study groups opportunities.

Idaho Medical Academy’s Self-paced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Course Online is designed to allow you to earn your EMT certification at your own pace.

The hands-on skills and psychomotor training will conclude your EMT course after all online material is completed. This portion of your course takes place over four days. IMA ensures that during your hands-on skills lab week you will be training with experienced providers.
