When choosing a skills week, please select one that gives you enough time to finish the online didactic coursework before you attend. Completing the didactic portion is a prerequisite for the in-person skills week. The online component can be completed in as few as 30 days, but most students take 3 to 4 months. Choose your week based on the pace you realistically expect to keep.

Skills week is held at the University Inn on the Moscow-to-Pullman corridor. Here is where to go, what to bring, and how to plan your stay.
Plan to arrive by 8:00 AM on the first day. Check in at the front desk and head to the training room. Skills week runs four days, and your prerequisites are verified on arrival.
A four-day skills week may require an overnight stay for students traveling in from outside the Moscow area. Book lodging early, since rooms in Moscow fill quickly during University of Idaho event weekends. Plan accordingly. We can share specific lodging suggestions on request.
On-site parking is available at the venue at no additional charge. Enter through the main entrance and check in on arrival. If you have accessibility needs for the training space, let us know when you register so we can accommodate you.
